Return Policy:
Products are not eligible for return or exchange. However, refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Packages lost in transit.
- In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.
- Products that may have been damaged or defective or sent by error
- In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order. Vidisha Fans care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.
Shipping Policy:
- All of Vidisha Fans orders are shipped door-to-door from our manufacturing facility in Kolkata, India to your provided shipping address via domestic shipping companies. Processing the order normally takes 7 working days and then shipping normally takes 7-10 working days.
- We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

- We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

- Our authorized courier company will attempt delivery at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. Please get back to us by email if the courier is not delivered to you in the specified time.
