Benefits of BLDC design of our GRENOVO series

HEAT ELIMINATION
The Smart Hybrid Motor design helps eliminate heat loss and eddy current losses

POWER
Permanent magnets used in rotor results in lesser power consumption compared to windings used in the stator in an ordinary AC fan.

EFFICIENCY
Smart Motor Tuning Algorithm tunes the Motor in real time for high efficiency and better performancent you want.

LONGEIVITY
Commutation is done by back EMF, which makes the design more reliable and increases overall longevity.

DURABILITY
Various type of protection- over voltage protection, over current protection, 4KV switching surge protection, EMI, EMT protection increase durability of the appliance.

COVENIENCE
Use of an electronic circuit adds several features to increase convenience.
More about BLDC technology
Brushless DC electric motor (BLDC) also known as Electronically Commutated Motors (ECM) are synchronous motors that are powered by a DC electric source via an integrated inverter/switching power Supply, which produces an AC electric signal to drive the motor. In BLDC Motors, the permanent magnets are on the rotor, and the electromagnets are on the stator. An electronic circuit then charges the electromagnets in the stator to rotate the rotor a full 360-degrees. Permanent magnets used in rotor results in lesser power consumption compared to windings used in the stator in an ordinary AC fan. The use of an electronic circuit in BLDC Fan adds several additional features to increase convenience.
History of BLDC technology
Research engineers were engaged since 1980 to overcome the demerit of AC Motors used in conventional ceiling fans. As initial teething problems persist in all first-time technology development invention, there were some issues which included cost of the technology. After a long R & D they successfully developed Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motor technology at very affordable economical first-time cost and operating cost. The BLDC motor technology have since been introduced and fully absorbed in India in last few years. This technology has revolutionized the fan industry resulting in amazing features and substantial cost & energy saving.
